Delivery Times and General Conditions

1. Order delivery:
   Orders will be shipped according to the products specified in each Shipping Confirmation, within the timeframe indicated on our website, counted from the date of said Order Confirmation.
2. Estimated timeframes: Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
   • Standard ports: 5–10 business days
   • Custom ports: 30–40 calendar days
   • Custom glass ceramic: 3 to 7 business days.
   • Custom louver deflector: 30 to 40 calendar days.
   • Custom fireplace burner: 30 to 40 calendar days.
   • Barbecues: 5 to 10 business days.
   • Fireplace accessories: 5 to 10 business days.
3. Out-of-stock or reserved products:
   Products that are not in stock or have been reserved as previously agreed are excluded from the general delivery timeframe. In such cases, the specific conditions applicable to the order shall apply.
4. Delivery delay incidents:
   In the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will notify you accordingly and offer to set a new delivery date.
5. Completion of delivery:
   Delivery shall be deemed completed when you, or a third party designated by you, take actual physical possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by a signature on the delivery note or an equivalent document, at the agreed address.
6. Inability to deliver:
   If delivery cannot be completed, the transport company will leave the order at its corresponding office and inform you of the location where it can be collected.
7. Transfer of risk and ownership:
   Orders will be properly packaged for transport. The risk related to the products shall pass to you upon effective delivery. Likewise, ownership of the products shall transfer to you at that same moment. All shipments will be carried out via courier services.
