1. Introduction

This document sets out the conditions governing the purchase of products through the website www.puertasparachimeneas.com (hereinafter, the “Terms”).
Please read them carefully, together with our privacy and cookie policies. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in force at the time of purchase.

These Terms may be updated; we therefore recommend reviewing them periodically, as the applicable version will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

2. Seller Identification

The sale of items is managed by Ferrogón Metal SLU, tax ID B66440835, duly registered in Spain.

3. Personal Data Processing

The data provided when placing an order will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, solely for the purpose of managing your purchase. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

4. Purchase Process

To place an order, follow the online purchase process and click “Authorize Payment.”

• You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with the order details.
• After shipping, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation.”

5. Availability and Supply

All products are shipped from Spain and are subject to availability.
In the event of out-of-stock items or supply issues, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

6. Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped as indicated on the website, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the “Order Confirmation.”
This timeframe does not apply to:

• Out-of-stock products
• Reserved products as specified in the relevant section

In such cases, the specific applicable conditions shall prevail.

6.1 Estimated delivery times

• Standard ports: 5–10 business days
• Custom ports: 30–40 calendar days
• Custom glass ceramic: 3 to 7 business days.
• Custom louver deflector: 30 to 40 calendar days.
• Custom fireplace burner: 30 to 40 calendar days.
• Barbecues: 5 to 10 business days.
• Fireplace accessories: 5 to 10 business days.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

If we are unable to meet the promised delivery time, we will notify you and offer the following options:
Set a new delivery date and proceed with the order.

8. Delivery Completion

The order will be considered delivered when you, or a third party authorized by you, take physical possession of the products, as recorded by a signature on the delivery document at the specified address.

9. Inability to Deliver

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will deposit the package at the corresponding office and notify you of the pickup location.

10. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Products will be properly packaged for transportation.
Risk associated with the products passes to you upon actual delivery, at which point ownership is also transferred.

11. Price and Payment Method

Prices include VAT and are shown in euros.
Shipping costs will be calculated separately and added to the total amount.
Prices may change at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed, unless subject to special conditions.

You may pay by: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• For card payments, a pre-authorization may be made to verify fund availability; the charge will be made once the order leaves our warehouse.
• For PayPal payments, the charge will be made at the time of order confirmation.

By clicking “Authorize Payment,” you declare that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method used. If the issuing entity does not authorize the transaction, the order will not be processed, and we will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery.

12. VAT and Invoicing

For mainland Spain, Ceuta, and Melilla, the applicable VAT will be the legally established rate.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, deliveries will be VAT-exempt in accordance with Article 21 of Law 37/1992, although they may be subject to local taxes and customs duties.
